Dead Or Alive?

Some people don't seem to realise the responsibilities of being a recruiter.
I mean there's now claims that UTM is dying down when the recruiters aren't doing their job in recruiting new members.
Sure we leaders could recruit people too but we do have other responsibilities too, like maintaining order in the guild should things get outta control, hosting events, adding funds to the guilds bank, changing ranks, and so on.

vod told us to get an "ok" fro the leaders in order to recruit new ppl

Okie doke, but that's still related to why people leave UTM saying it's dying ect e.e

the reason UTM is an dieding because no leader is online most of the time. Recruiter dont really recruit. Leader not on to keep everyone in touch of the guild. Plus everyone that has the pottential to recruit busy on their own time. THe Main reason is leader is barely online we need to let someone trust worthy very trust worthy that actually care for the guild and online most of the time. I say Thejade but he has quit Eo. THat basicly left with nobody beside sask i think, but he barely online.

Leader let everyone has the recruit position once they join UTm that way they can recruit other people. But bad thing is they might recruit newb but newb get to pro so no worry.

Do a global event that involve everyone like drop party races triva shit like that. ill paid out of my own expenses if needed. i got 1.3 mil ... OH YEA BEST TIME FOR RECRUIT IS CHRISTMAS DAY IMA DO A DROP EVENT AND TRIVIA AND RANDOM PRICES THEN I CAN RECRUIT THOSE MONEY LOVER. but yea

our guild bank is not that great and not that bad.
but in order to recruit alot of people we need MIL or around 100k =,=

well that my theory and plan to save Utm.
Plus no one really do event due to the fact that they are poor. the reason we are poor, because we all dont speed. speeder tend to get more money than us non-speeder. Im not saying let break the speeding rule, im saying leader should speed to get money. yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ima go to sleep now,

recruiting nubs isnt the way to go about it, and doing an event for people wont make them join the guild, they will jsut take the stuff and go.

ok on an average, the only ppl in UTM that r on the most are me and mike, other than us, i never see any1 else that is sort of normally on.. im on sometimes during the week and im always on, on the weekends.

I have arrrived, but its not good news, to me a guild is a group of friends, and if people leave that guild and make it die there not good friends, my guilds is on my msn, and we dont need a TAG after are names,

EOs dead atm and untill EO is resarected, UTM will die along side it, if it can kill CRO, it can and will over time kill them all, thers not enuff good players to keep the guild system alive anymore.

All i say is, keep UTM usable, make shure thers one leader, and if EO comes tolife again, spread your wings and grow, untill then lie low and waite for the right time to attack!
